Cocaine Is One Hell Of A Drug

And Dick Cavett keeps messing with him. Despite this, Sly Stone of Sly & The Family Stone was a genius of his time. His unique style that fused gospel, funk, and soul was a refreshing sound for the early 70's. He also was one of few that had an integrated band in that time period. Some compare his genius and influence to Hendrix. Anyway here's a video of him a little too loaded. Below that is a live performance of one of their hit singles 'Stand'
